As our Red Bull Trainer & Brand Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our Division's sales success. You'll wear multiple hats – a coach, a strategist, and a team player – all rolled into one.

- Ignite Sales: Train and mentor our sales team, equipping them with the tools and strategies to crush yearly, quarterly, and monthly goals.
- Sharpen the Saw: Assist the Division Sales Manager to maximize the team and territory.
- Empower the Team: Ensure reps hone their sales skills using proven methods, leading to consistent execution of Red Bull initiatives.
- Be the Backup: Step in and cover sales routes whenever needed, demonstrating leadership by example.

Requirements
Position Requirements:
- A clean driving records
**No more than 2 events (accidents or tickets) each year for the past 3 years
**No driving while intoxicated charges during the last 5 years
- Must pass drug test
- Excellent physical and mental health
- The ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis is required
- 3 years of Route Delivery (Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- Beverage industry experience (Preferred)
