If the sound of students laughing, singing and playing is music to your ears, we’re interested in talking with you! We have an immediate opening for a School Van Drivers. The successful candidate will have experience driving as well as working with children, and we’re anxious to talk with anyone who has transported grade school-aged kids to school in the past. Our transportation team is an essential part of our community, and we value their contributions. Note that this is a school year position, with regular work scheduled again beginning August 2024.

Requirements

• Transport children to and from school in the mornings and afternoons
• Maintain a clean and mechanically-sound vehicle at all times
• Obey all traffic laws
• Perform inspections of the vehicles before and after each route
• Ensure safety of all students
• Assist students with getting on and off at each stop
• Attend regular team & safety meetings
