Position Purpose
This position is responsible for ensuring seamless management of shipments across U.S. domestic, cross-border (U.S.–Mexico/Canada), and international lanes (air & ocean).
This position combines customer service, operational execution, and pricing/procurement functions. Team members not only handle quoting, booking, compliance, and issue resolution but also play a role in developing carrier capacity, executing pricing strategies, and ensuring profitability for assigned accounts.
