Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Business Operations Analyst in our Reserve Health Readiness Program. You will perform activities that drive efficient planning and execution of enterprise financial and resource investments across various functions, including but not limited to operations, program management, business finance, and/or contracts.
Primary Responsibilities
- Document quality issues and performance measures for management review
- Analyze data and observations and write result summaries to validate deviations from existing standards
- Recommend modifications to existing standards, methods, or procedures
- Interact with operations, IT personnel and supervisors
- Review, analyze, and implement processes and report trends to promote customer satisfaction
- Compile strategic information and develop reports to monitor quality effectiveness of automation
- Ensure compliance and understanding of quality requirements
- Manage special focused projects and make recommendations as appropriate
- Mentor and train team members and provide resource support with daily tasks
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a related field required
- Strong skills with MS Office, especially Excel
- Advanced/Mastery experience with Excel and Tableau a plus
- Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation

- Solid analytical, data analysis, problem-solving and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational, follow-up and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to utilize various project management methodologies and tools to coordinate and manage projects
- Strong Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly foster relationships and credibility at all levels of the organization
Additional Information:
- Typically, works Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Must be able to work and support multiple time zones
- Central Standard Time Preferred
- Remote
- Travel requirements: 20%
