Role Overview:

We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager with experience within the underground mining and ready mix concrete industries to support our business in Northern Nevada.  Provide support to existing customers including new product initiation, technical sales, and testing. You will sustain customer relationship and support newly acquired accounts including dispenser upkeep. This position implements and complies with Company initiatives, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Drive growth within the mining and ready mix concrete sectors in Northern Nevada
• Responsible for product and technical support to existing customers through mix design, troubleshooting, and field QA/QC.
• Drive growth opportunities across Northern Nevada through our network of mining industry contacts, customers and new business prospects 
• Collaborate to develop Master Builder Solutions’ strategies within the underground mining sector
• Assist with implementing the introduction of new solutions into the mining sector
• Primary point of contact within business for Key Customers
• Open the doors to unsold customers and assist with testing and trials to increase our market share
• Responsible for supporting new product initiations, technical sales, and testing for new customers.
• Responsible for performing dispenser repair and maintenance.
• Responsible for maintaining customer relationships at assigned account.
• Responsible for maintaining leadership in local industry organizations.
• Responsible for integration and support of newly acquired accounts.
• Inform appropriate organizational function of competitor and market intelligence.
• Physical Expectations:
  1. Walking/standing 50-80%
  2. Sitting 30-50%
  3. Lifting (up to 70 lbs./31kgs): 30%
  4. Work independently and with little supervision.
  5. Demonstrated ability to tow an 18ft open bed trailer that is properly loaded strapped and secured with our necessary tanks and equipment.

Knowledge and Experience that make you a good fit for this role:

• Associate or Technical School degree.  BA/BS preferred.
• Five years of industry experience underground mining, sprayed concrete, mine backfill and concrete.
• Sales experience or aptitude required, concrete QA/QC experience preferred, along with electrical and mechanical aptitude required, good computer and communication skills.
• Viewed as technical expert within the business for Ground Support and Backfill Technologies in the mining sector, assisting with customer trials and training
• Assist with troubleshooting issues related to applications within underground mining facilities, both on-site and off-site.
• This position spends a significant amount of time underground on customer sites; requiring the ability to access jobsites that may consist of entering confined spaces, tunnels, and underground mines. The employee must be comfortable in the underground mining and tunneling environment.
