Position Summary
Seasonal Tax Preparer for the 2025 tax season, from January 13, 2026, through May 15, 2026. Potentially each year thereafter for the tax season, early January through Mid-May.
Essential Requirements
- Prepare income tax returns from computer generated worksheets
- Prepare personal income tax returns from client information
- At least 24 hours per week, prefer 32 if possible
- Must be at least 18 years old
Experience/Skills
- No tax experience necessary
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, database experience)
- Organizational skills and time management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Education
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- For students: Pursuing major in Accounting, Sophomore or Junior preferred
