Description

 Georgia Medical Staffing is in need of an FNP to provide interim coverage to an employee/family based clinic in Marion, IL.

Details:

Start: Nov 3 - Dec 31 (with possibility to extend)

Mondays & Wednesday, 7a-7p

Employess/spouses and dependents: 18 and over

8-10 patients per day

Clinic staffed with 2 FTE APP's, 2 PT APP's; 2 MA's

•  Occ Health Services: 

   o Non-DOT Drug Testing: Yes

   o DOT Drug Testing: No

   o Post-offer Phys: Yes

   o Breath/Alcohol Test: Yes

   o Workers Compensation: initial injuries only.

   o Sport/School Physicals: No

   o Pap Smears/Well Woman Exams: Yes

• Dispensary: Yes

• Wellness Programs:

  o Smoking Cessation: Yes

  o Weight Management: Yes

  o Diabetes Management: Yes

  o Nutrition Program: Yes

  o Stress Management: Yes

$90 per hour

Paid malpractice, shadow training & module training (Athena EMR)

Requirements

Must have IL NP licensure

Must have 2+ years experience in family medicine as FNP

Must be BC

Must have clean background check
