Lead LPN Response Nurse | Assisted living, 12 Nights
Holland Home has a long-standing, well-earned reputation for providing high quality care! We are seeking an LPN Response Nurse to join our Raybrook assisted living team of nursing professionals. This LPN oversees the care team and the care provided to Residents while on duty.

Primary Location: 2121 Raybrook St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546
Hours of Work: 6:30pm-7am; 36 hours per week
Schedule: Week 1: Tue, Fri, Sat | Week 2: Sun, Wed, Thu
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A current and valid MI LPN license is required
- Must be CPR certified
- Prior experience with geriatrics preferred
- Basic computer skills to chart in PCC
