Job Summary
Midway Nissan is currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our great team in Phoenix, Arizona. The Receptionist will be the “face of Midway Nissan” and provide general customer service support. The Receptionist’s role is to ensure customers enjoy a positive experience when they enter Midway Nissan and to direct customers to various departments according to the individual’s needs.
Compensation & Benefits
This position pays an hourly rate of $17.00 an hour. Benefits include vacation time, sick leave, medical insurance, and other benefits.
Responsibilities
• Greet customers as they enter the establishment; direct customers to the appropriate department.
• Answer phone inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner while providing accurate information.
• Take messages and provide customer service support if necessary.
• Data entry and filing of customer documents.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for customers.
• Maintain the appearance of the reception area, including furniture, supplies, equipment, and plants.
• Ensure copies of all customer documents are retained in an organized fashion.
• Oversee the completion of customer paperwork and ensuring proper filing.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of previous customer service and reception experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Must have basic math skills and be able to count money accurately
