Description

National Trade Supply has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Associate at our Greenwood, Indiana facility. National Trade Supply is a consumable goods manufacturer of air and water filtration products for your home.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Direct Hire, Full-time Position
• $18.00/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Receiving, unloading, and processing incoming shipments
• Checking and verifying received materials against purchase orders or invoices
• Storing received materials in proper locations
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing and staging products for shipment
• Conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling variances
• Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse
• Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, dollys, tablets, scanners

Required:

• High School Diploma, GED, and equivalent experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Desire to participate in continuous improvement activities and on-the-job training to enhance skills
• Ability to visually identify quality discrepancies
• Average oral and written communication skills
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Physical Requirements:

Physical Effort: This position requires long periods of standing up to 8 hours in a day. This position also requires repetitive movement of fingers, hands, and arms.

Working Conditions: Working conditions are typical for a warehouse environment.
