What You’ll Do

• Serve as a trusted advisor, educating clients on Final Expense and Life Insurance products from top carriers.
• Guide clients through applications, enrollments, and benefits delivery with accuracy and care.
• Generate new business from inbound company-provided leads and calls, no cold calling required.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
• Maintain detailed documentation across systems and stay current on industry trends, regulations, and internal offerings.

Technology Requirements

Since this role is computer- and phone-based, candidates must have:

• A computer with Windows 11 (or Windows 10, latest updates) or Mac OS 12.0 or newer
• At least 8GB of RAM (16GB recommended for best performance)
• Reliable high-speed internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds
• A USB or wireless headset with a microphone
• A webcam
• A quiet, private workspace free from background noise or interruptions

What We’re Looking For

• Active Life & Health Insurance license (required)
• Minimum of six months selling Final Expense and/or Life Insurance preferred
• Excellent phone, communication, and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required
