Description

PURPOSE OF POSTION

Provides courteous and accurate Cashier’s Cage services.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

Dual Property Cage Manager and Cage

Other Important Contacts:     

All casino department managers and supervisors, Tribal Gaming Agents, Slot Attendants, Winner’s Club Representatives, Security.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

  1. Promotes customer service as a priority.
  2. Completes all monetary transactions accurately and maintains a balanced bank.
  3. Establishes and assists in the maintenance of guests check cashing accounts.
  4. Accountable for the security of all money and keys within their control.         
  5. Promotes Nooksack Northwood Casino’s Winner’s Club. Is proactively knowledgeable of and promotes advantages of Winner’s Club to current members/non members, upcoming/current departmental/casino special events/promotions, and ensures that members’ play is accurately recorded. 
  6. Complies with company and department policies and procedures while practicing positive customer and employee relations.
  7. Provides accurate and timely documentation and reporting of department activities and status as requested. 
  8. Maintains confidentiality of company and player information.
  9. Maintains a professional and neat appearance of self and work area and represents the company in a positive manner.
  10. Such other job related duties as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications


POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  1. Must be at least 18 years of age.
  2. Must be able to obtain and maintain valid Class III Washington State and Nooksack Indian Gaming Commission licenses.
  3. Demonstrated writing and English comprehension skill
  4. Demonstrated computer application skills.
  5. Demonstrated positive customer service skills 

Preferred:

  1. Preference casino experience.
