The ideal candidate is media-savvy, confident balancing creativity with analytics, and skilled at both building relationships and negotiating partnerships. You’ll be someone teammates and partners are genuinely excited to work with, consistently ahead of the brand in both preparation and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate, and close high-impact partnerships with brands, retailers, local communities, affiliates, and media.
- Draft and manage partnership agreements, setting clear, measurable goals across sessions, leads, and revenue impact.
- Optimize performance through affiliate and partner platforms such as Impact, Linkby, and Rakuten.
- Ensure the marketing calendar is consistently filled with impactful campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Brief and manage designers, content creators, and media partners to deliver campaigns end-to-end.
- Take full ownership of planning, scheduling, and executing offline events, from concept to on-site delivery.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or brand management (E-Commerce marketing/brand experience strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage external partnerships and media buying.
- Strong understanding of how to connect brands with audiences across channels.
- Confident working with both creative and analytical aspects of marketing.
- Naturally responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Must be New York–based.
- Ideally coming from E-Commerce or Brand Marketing background.
