Human Resources Admin The RiverWoods Group, parent company of RiverWoods, a family of nationally-accredited non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Communities is seeking an experienced HR Admin to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting HR activities at our locations in Exeter, Durham, and Manchester within established company and departmental policies and procedures and in compliance with state and federal law, while supporting the mission and vision of RiverWoods. - Maintain information for employees using the ADP System. Adding new hires, terminating employees, and, making any changes to employees’ profiles initiated by Human Resources or Department Heads.
- Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage employment offers, and track recruitment progress through pre-hire process from interviews and offers to first day (on-boarding); Interact with applicants (through email, text, and phone) and hiring manager and help people through the on-boarding process
- Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality within department. Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent personnel information and personnel files in accordance with the Privacy Act, as well as the personnel policies governing the release of information.
- Be well versed in all departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support, including typing, filing, ordering supplies, as well as other duties as needed to the human resource team.
- Maintain an adequate personnel-filing system that meets the needs of the facility and complies with current employment practices. Files may include human resource, health and personal information.
- Compile new hire packets and ensure all proper paperwork is completed and accurate according to state and federal law.
- Maintain Nursing licenses for all Nursing staff by on-line verification with the State of NH and sending this report to each manager.
- Provides quality customer service with a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork while meeting the needs of residents, staff and visitors. Supports all aspects of the RiverWoods community.
- Assist HR team by providing necessary administrative support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2-4 years working experience in an admin role or professional office setting.
- MS Office experience including Word and Excel.
