Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development and web development, with expertise in various programming languages and frameworks. The ideal candidate will assist in the design, development, maintenance, and support of agency web applications, websites, and content management systems. Provide technical assistance to staff in creating and managing website content, ensuring accessibility, usability, and security.
Education/Experience
- Minimum Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Working knowledge of server-side technologies such as Node.js, PHP, or Ruby on Rails.
- Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub or GitLab).
- Familiarity with responsive and accessible design standards (WCAG/ADA).
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and testing practices.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a growth mindset.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

Salary & Benefits
- Full time, 8 hrs / 260 days
- Non-Union Support salary established by the Board.

Working Conditions:
Work is primarily performed in an office setting. Occasionally exposed to dust, noise, odors, and other irritants. Stress associated with work pace and pressure. Work may involve irregular hours and days. Travel may be required. Exposed to hazards of the road when driving
