As the Regional Clinical Operations Director, you will lead clinical operations across your assigned region, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality care delivery. You’ll partner with local leadership, physicians, and community stakeholders to strengthen care outcomes and support consistent, patient-centered practices. This role combines operational oversight with clinical expertise, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on leadership.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead and supervise Clinical Care Managers across the region, providing direction, accountability, and performance oversight in key areas such as starts of care, timely re-certifications and authorizations, client supervision, documentation and billing accuracy, and completion of annual performance reviews and competencies.
  • Analyze and organize home health operations to align with corporate objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics, reports, and goals for the region and individual locations.
  • Serve as a clinical resource to guide service delivery, training, and competency development.
  • Support Quality Improvement initiatives and follow through on performance improvement cycles.
  • Participate in the interviewing, hiring, and training of location leadership.
  • Act as an escalation point for complaints and problem resolution.
  • Serve as interim Clinical Care Manager during coverage lapses, as needed.
  • Stay current on state and federal regulations to guide compliant, high-quality service delivery.
  • Represent the organization as a liaison with physicians and community partners.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of home health experience required
  • 2+ years of home health management experience preferred
  • Registered Nurse with current state licensure required
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
