Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Partner to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and developing strong relationships with our key clients while driving business development initiatives to expand our footprint in the market.
Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering exceptional service to ensure long-term partnerships. You will work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure we deliver on our promises and achieve client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business and recruitment needs.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure the successful delivery of candidates to clients.
- Conduct regular reviews and check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as the main point of contact for key client escalations and manage resolution processes effectively.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and through market networking.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide clients with valuable insights.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A proven track record in client relationship management, with 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a recruitment or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle and the challenges faced by businesses in talent acquisition.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
- High level of commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- A team player who can work collaboratively across departments to achieve shared goals.
