Position Summary
The School of Business and Technology at Holy Family University is seeking a qualified adjunct instructor to teach MGT 551: Operation Analysis in the spring 2026 semester beginning 1/12/2026 through 3/8/2026 in an online, asynchronous format. The ideal candidate will have a strong background, demonstrated expertise in operations, and passion for engaging and inspiring students.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Assist with developing the course in the Learning Management System (Canvas)
- Maintain academic excellence in the online, asynchronous format.
- Conduct face to face classroom instruction following the University’s academic standards and guidelines.
- Facilitate active learning experiences and practical exercises to enhance student comprehension and application of concepts.
- Provide grades and feedback to students in a timely manner.
- Respond to email correspondence from Deans, Coordinators, and students in a timely manner.
- Use the Learning Management System (Canvas) appropriately for all classes.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree with proven teaching skills and industry experience. Doctoral degree preferred.
