We are looking for a Sanitation Associate to help keep our food manufacturing facility spotless and safe. This is a second-shift position, with occasional weekend flexibility. While weekend work is not currently part of the regular schedule, we want candidates who are open to weekend coverage if the need arises in the future.

Where you’ll work…

Our new West Milwaukee facility on Lincoln Avenue represents the next evolution in our commitment to world-class food production. With upgraded equipment, enhanced sanitation protocols, and modern amenities, it’s designed to support our team and deliver the highest quality frozen pizza products.

What you’ll do…

• Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and facility areas in line with sanitation procedures and schedules
• Disassemble and reassemble production equipment for cleaning
• Restock hygiene supplies and maintain restrooms
• Perform general janitorial duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal
• Help with groundskeeping, snow shoveling, and occasional event setup
• Use and maintain cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, vacuums)
• Work safely, using proper PPE and following GMP and food safety standards

What you bring…

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of sanitation or janitorial experience (food manufacturing preferred)
• Ability to follow directions, complete documentation, and work independently or in a team
• Willingness to work in hot, cold, wet, or noisy environments
• Comfort with physical work including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Reliability, initiative, and a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to support weekend shifts if needed in the future
