 Qualified candidates will be expected to:

  • Maintain awareness of workflows and plans to ensure appropriate staffing to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Maintain documentation of equipment maintenance, cases, and personnel.
  • Assists the management team with subject matter for correlations, ensures the reliability of reports, and ensures all reports are completed within the required timeframes.
  • Monitor schedules (arrival, breaks, lunches, departures)
  • Receive, review and coordinate time off requests with support from the Management team.
  • Administer and oversee compliance of all corporate policies (dress code, attendance, professionalism, etc.)
  • Provide the unit's statistical or performance data to PM and customer as requested
  • Communicate any workplace issues requiring management attention to PM
  • Communicate work schedule and any other staffing items to customer to ensure clear communications
  • Provide feedback of staff performance to PM
  • Assist staff with improving work performance
  • The following functions will also be performed in addition to the above supervisory responsibilities:
    • Enter data into spreadsheets
    • Enter data and update charts and reports
    • Enter evidence into Integrated Ballistic Information Systems (IBIS)
    • Perform image and correlation reviews
    • Produce basic analytical products

 

Position Requirements:

  • Must have the technical capability to perform image and correlation reviews independently, on IBIS Equipment within the NNCTC at an acceptable quality level for this site.
  • Minimum of nine months, independent correlation review experience is required.
  • Must have the technical capabilities to apply experience and judgment in selecting procedures to be followed and in searching for interpreting, selecting, or coding items to be entered from a variety of document sources.
  • Must possess the skill and technical ability to analyze, summarize, report, and share information.
  • Must have the technical capability to work as a team and have strong customer service skills.
  • Must possess the technical capability to work with and coordinate the efforts of Local, State, and Federal law enforcement.
  • Must have the technical capability to provide support and oversight related to the data entry, correlation and peer reviews, generating leads, quality and reporting for the NIBIN Program.
  • Must have the technical capability to apply experience and judgement in administrative oversight.
  • Must have excellent customer relations skills and the technical capability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and team members.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or possession of an equivalent combination of formal education, work experience and on the job, training is preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and have a valid U.S. Driver’s License.
  • Must be able to maintain an agency approved security clearance.
  • Previous supervisory experience highly desirable.
