What you can expect: 


You’ll be the go-to person for employee relations across the company, especially within our call center teams. You’ll work closely with managers and employees to provide guidance, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. While this role doesn’t include direct reports, it plays a key leadership role in shaping how we support our people.

 

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the delivery of employee relations services with a strategic, people-first mindset.
  • Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on policies, performance, and workplace concerns.
  • Oversee leave programs (FMLA, ADA, Parental Leave, etc.) and ensure smooth coordination and communication.
  • Administer benefit programs including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and workers’ comp.
  • Research employee relations trends and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend enhancements to policies, processes, and programs based on insights and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

  • You’re ready to lead strategically—even without direct reports—by influencing and partnering across teams.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations and benefits.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and compliance.
  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus.
  • HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, PHR) is a bonus.
