Office Manager – Midtown Houston (New Campus Opening!)
As we open our newest campus in Midtown Houston, we’re looking for an Office Manager with a rare mix of preschool experience and marketing/sales expertise. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, creative, and passionate about building strong relationships with families while supporting the growth of our school community.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and support all sales and marketing events from start to finish, including prospective family follow-up
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring timely responses to parent and staff inquiries
- Build warm, positive relationships with families through conversations, messaging, and ongoing communication
- Collect and maintain compliance documentation for new enrollments and ensure accuracy of student files
- Gain a full understanding of school operations in order to confidently communicate programs and offerings to families during tours and after enrollment
- Support ongoing marketing efforts to grow enrollment, spread the word about Kido, and build a fun, interactive, and supportive school community
- Ensure welcoming and organized lobby space
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED (required)
- At least 18 years of age (required)
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (read, write, speak) (required)
- Preschool experience (required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, Communications, or related field
- CDA (Child Development Associate) certification
- Experience in a licensed preschool setting with direct family engagement
