About the role
RADICL is seeking a hands-on Founding Talent Acquisition Specialist to help scale our team. This person will lead full cycle recruiting across a variety of functions (Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Operations), while also managing core HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is comfortable sourcing, closing, and partnering with hiring managers, and rolling up their sleeves on HR operations, compliance, onboarding, and employee experience.

As a RADICL Founding Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
HR Recruiting
- Lead full life cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, closing
- Fill roles in technical domains (software engineering) plus non-technical domains (Sales, Marketing & Operations)
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview process, evaluation criteria
- Use a variety of sourcing channels to recruit top talent (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.)
- Manage metrics/analytics: time to hire, pipeline health, sourcing channel effectiveness
- Ensure a strong candidate experience (communication, feedback, transparency)
HR Generalist / Admin
- Onboarding of new employees
- Maintain HRIS/ATS PEO system: data integrity, updating records, reporting, workflows
- Manage benefits administration (enrollment, changes, queries)
- Employee relations: answer routine employee questions, support any small-scale issues, escalate as appropriate
- Compliance: making sure company complies with local/state/federal employment laws (CO specifics)
- Support with performance review process, employee engagement, HR policy maintenance / updates
- Assist as needed with payroll coordination and timesheets where applicable
Your skillset/experience should include:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience recruiting in technology / SaaS companies: Software Engineering, Sales, Marketing & Operations roles
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruiting tools / ATS / job boards / LinkedIn etc.
- Experience with Rippling PEO
- Solid HR admin experience: onboarding, employee records, benefits, compliance
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment; comfortable wearing multiple hats
- High attention to detail; strong organizational skills
Preferred
- Experience with Colorado employment law, HRIS tools, performance management systems
- Experience scaling recruiting in start-ups or high growth
- Experience with employer branding or candidate experience improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with remote / hybrid hiring
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)

For this reason, we have a hybrid work model. As a team, we are in office M/W/Th with work-from-home on Tuesdays and Fridays. For remote positions, periodic travel to Boulder will be expected to participate in company events and meaningful side-by-side collaboration opportunities.
