What’s the mission you’ll drive
Drive the strategic alignment and flawless execution of Addi's lending product portfolio by translating business goals into a scalable, customer-centric product roadmap while servicing as the primary bridge and execution engine between Lending leadership, Engineering, Risk, and Operations, directly enabling Addi's next phase of profitable growth and market dominance.
What you will do
Flawlessly execute the product workstream for the CF-SAS integration (re-KYC, migration, unification) achieving a customer retention rate of greater among the migrated user base and reducing operational costs.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of a high-stakes, revenue-generating strategic initiative (e.g., BNPL 2.0 or Flex/Cupo expansion) resulting in increase in active product users or improvement in a key credit metric, such as Loss Rate or Conversion to Drawdown.
Design, implement, and optimize customer self-service product features and journey improvements (e.g., loan refinancing, Bre-B repayment integration) reducing the customer support contact rate and improving the in-app Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score.
Elevate the rigor and velocity of the Lending Product team by implementing a standardized product development and discovery process reducing the average lead time for new feature launch and increasing the Product Manager team's delivery confidence score.
Established a codified strategic partnership with Lending/Risk/Ops leadership by co-developing and achieving buy-in on the Q+1 and Q+2 product roadmaps, resulting in zero major product roadmap de-prioritizations due to lack of business alignment.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in strategic business partnering
Possesses over 10 years of experience in product management or a related field, with at least 3–5 years specifically in fintech, lending, or financial services.
Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively with business leaders, integrating product structure and innovation with their domain expertise.
Strong proven experience and ability to lead and develop high performance teams
Mentors, inspires, and maintains high standards for a product management team to maximize its performance and impact.
Holds at least two years of direct people management experience with a demonstrated record of success in talent development.
Track record of delivering complex initiatives
Successfully manages and delivers complex, cross-functional projects on schedule, ensuring they have a measurable business impact.
Leads end-to-end product delivery by coordinating effectively across diverse stakeholders, teams, and disciplines.
Possesses deep expertise in customer-centric product development
Translates complex user needs and technical requirements into simple, intuitive, and trust-building customer experiences.
Conducts comprehensive customer discovery and usability research to generate insights that directly shape product strategy and design.
Demonstrates strong analytical and quantitative rigor
Analyzes and interprets key metrics, including credit economics and conversion funnels, to make informed, data-driven decisions and strategic trade-offs.
Applies a robust quantitative skill set, ideally backed by a background in economics, finance, or analytics, to solve complex problems.
Experienced in leading through change
Effectively drives the adoption of new products, processes, and systems within fast-paced and highly regulated environments.
Successfully manages product launches that involve significant regulatory and compliance considerations.

Step 1: People Interview (30 min)
A conversation with a recruiter to get to know you, your experience, and what you're looking for. We’ll also share more about Addi, our culture, and the role.Step 2: Initial Interview (60 min)
A more in-depth conversation with a Business Manager, where we explore your skills, experience, and a problem-solving exercise. We want to understand how you think and work.Step 3: Deep Dive Interviews (60 min)
This stage consists of four one-hour interviews designed to deep-dive into the critical skills needed for this role:Leadership Interview: We will evaluate your ownership, results orientation, and people management skills, including your ability to mentor PMs and build high-performing teams.
Product Interview: This focuses on your product sense and design partnership, your ability to shape intuitive experiences, and how you prioritize effectively across multiple stakeholders.
Lending Interview: We will assess your business sense, credit/lending domain understanding, analytical rigor, and ability to frame trade-offs.
Engineering Interview: This discussion focuses on your ability to collaborate with engineering, your approach to technical execution, and how you scope and deliver cross-functional work.
Step 4: Business Case (3-5 Days)
You may receive a real-world challenge or case study relevant to the Lending business. This is your chance to showcase your expertise in written communication, structured problem solving, prioritization, and clarity of thought.
Step 5: Co-Founder Interview (30 min)
The final step is a conversation with our Co-founder. This is a chance to connect directly with one of our founders and have a high-level discussion about our values, our mission, and the exceptionally high bar we set for talent at Addi.
