Job Description
As a Marketing & Operations Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of both our marketing initiatives and our office operations. On the marketing side, you’ll design and execute integrated campaigns, create content, and analyze performance to drive results. On the office management side, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support leadership, and cultivate a welcoming, efficient work environment. This dual role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, highly organized, and excited by the opportunity to wear many hats.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and measurable results.

  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing metrics to uncover insights, optimize ROI, and guide strategic decisions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with AI, engineering, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

  • Content Creation: Develop creative content for digital platforms, social media, and thought leadership initiatives.

  • Optimization & Automation: Leverage marketing tools, automation, and analytics to continuously refine campaigns.

  • Market Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging AI innovations.

Office Management Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations including supplies, maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  • Prepare the office for client meetings and in-office days, including ordering and coordinating lunches.
  • Welcome and onboard new employees (desk setup, access badges, welcome swag).
  • Manage office and company swag/apparel inventory.
  • Coordinate shipping (new hire computers, swag boxes, client gifts).
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Ensure all equipment (printers, phones, kitchen appliances) is functioning properly.
  • Run errands and coordinate thoughtful employee/client gifts.

Facilities & Technology:

  • Prepare and configure new hire laptops.
  • Manage device returns and secure wiping of former employee computers.
  • Provide light Google Workspace admin support (set up new accounts, suspend/terminate as needed).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a balance of creativity and operational focus.
  • Relentless curiosity with a passion for learning and experimentation.
  • Entrepreneurial drive, thriving in ambiguity and energized by rapid growth.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
  • Experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar tools preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, or equivalent office productivity tools.
  • Can-do attitude with a hunger to create campaigns and office experiences that define the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, office management, or a hybrid role.
  • Familiarity with event planning, office administration, and marketing best practices.
