WHO YOU ARE:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager dedicated 100% to Human Resources, with a mandate to lead HR’s digital and strategic transformation. This role will own the HR Transformation Roadmap, aligning global HR processes and technology with Zinnia’s strategic business goals. The ideal candidate will partner with HR, IT, and leadership to modernize our HR ecosystem, ensuring seamless employee experiences across the entire hire-to-retire lifecycle.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
HR Transformation Roadmap
- Develop and maintain a multi-year HR product and technology strategy that aligns with business priorities and cultural aspirations (“People First”).
- Define and manage the HR technology portfolio, ensuring integration, scalability, and innovation.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with HR leaders, IT, Finance, and Business Units to capture global requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
- Ensure HR has visibility and influence in key business initiatives, serving as the product voice for people-related capabilities.
Technology Integration & Automation
- Evaluate and lead implementation of an integrated hire-to-retire HRIS platform with AI-driven analytics, employee self-service, and workflow automation.
- Drive simplification and consolidation of fragmented tools (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, learning, and performance).
Employee Experience
- Partner with HR teams to map the end-to-end employee journey; identify moments that matter and build solutions to enhance engagement and retention.
- Focus on onboarding “wow factor,” recognition systems, and seamless access to resources.
Change Leadership
- Develop adoption and change management strategies for new HR tools and processes.
- Lead communication plans, HR town halls, and showcase sessions to drive engagement across global HR teams.
Leverage AI and emerging technologies as a force multiplier
- Identify and deploy AI-driven solutions to streamline HR operations, enhance decision-making, and unlock predictive insights.
- Innovate ways to use AI for automating manual workflows, improving employee experience, and providing advanced analytics that drive proactive and strategic HR initiatives globally.
Metrics & Success
- Establish clear KPIs for HR transformation (system adoption, employee satisfaction, process efficiency).
- Report progress regularly to HR leadership and executive teams.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 10+ years’ experience in product management, preferably with exposure to HR technology or people systems.
- Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience can be used in lieu of a formal degree.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of HR processes (talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, performance, recognition, engagement).
- Experience with HRIS platforms (DayForce, Workday, Sapling, SAP SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, etc.) and knowledge of emerging HR tech trends.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills across global and matrixed organizations.
- Excellent business acumen and ability to connect people strategy with business impact.

The expected salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 dependent on skills and location. The salary range is a good faith estimate based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations.
