Sugarloaf is looking for a responsible, hardworking individual with knowledge of cleaning materials and general maintenance to lead our custodial team at the resort's Sports and Fitness Club as a Maintenance Supervisor. This role is primarily responsible for the daily maintenance and cleaning of the facility and will also assist in the cleaning and monitoring of the Club's hot tubs and pool. Prior work in a maintenance role is preferred. This role will oversee the work of others on the team.
Responsibilities:- Cleaning and sanitizing area
- Performing small maintenance jobs as needed
- Taking care of pool and hot tubs when needed
- Keeping inventory of cleaning supplies, requesting orders as needed
- Performing other duties such as interacting with the guests; taking messages and assisting with deliveries before the club opens
- Must be able to work nights and holidays, and must be able to work independently
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
