Position: Night Shift Supervisor
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead Night Shift production employees to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time performance.
Provide direction, coaching, recognition, and development opportunities for team members.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and safe work environment.
Monitor workflows and proactively resolve production or personnel issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and FDA quality requirements.
Communicate effectively with other shifts, departments, and leadership to maintain seamless operations.
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and productivity.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment required.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety regulations.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials up to 35–50 lbs.
Repetitive use of hands, wrists, and arms for handling tools, parts, or machinery.
Ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead as needed.
