Position: Night Shift Supervisor
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead Night Shift production employees to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time performance.

  • Provide direction, coaching, recognition, and development opportunities for team members.

  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and safe work environment.

  • Monitor workflows and proactively resolve production or personnel issues.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and FDA quality requirements.

  • Communicate effectively with other shifts, departments, and leadership to maintain seamless operations.

  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment required.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety regulations.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).

  • Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials up to 35–50 lbs.

  • Repetitive use of hands, wrists, and arms for handling tools, parts, or machinery.

  • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead as needed.
