Job Summary: The Spa Front Desk answers phone calls promptly, greet every guest in a welcoming manner, and assist guests with questions regarding spa services and products to ensure the “Choctaw Experience” for members and guests by maintaining the Choctaw Brand Standards. You will report to the Spa Supervisor.
Primary Tasks:
1. You will receive payments for goods and services and account for the money. Reconcile daily sales, deposits, and receipts, when applicable.
2. Submit all paperwork and financial reporting following Choctaw policy.
3. You will develop and maintains accurate department maintenance procedures and checklists through routine preventative repair.
4. Maintain a monthly inventory of supplies and products, when applicable.
5. You will become knowledgeable about the facility and its amenities to communicate with members or guests.
6. Greet each guest with a smile and direct eye contact.
7. You will assist members and guests by offering to make reservations, find directions, look up phone numbers.
8. Use time throughout shift by checking equipment, locker rooms, gift shop stocks, inventory. Ensure coverage when it’s necessary to leave the area.
9. You will inform co-worker(s) of important information at the end of the shift. Maintain and update staff communication book.
10. Inform facility manager of any member, guest, or facility issues.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

· Efficient and able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
· Excellent verbal and written skills.
· Enthusiastic, and motivational.
· Previous cash handling and customer service experience.
