About the Role

Responsible for maintaining accurate supply chain master data and ensuring timely, precise processing of requests across multiple business units. Acts as a key liaison between clients, business partners, and internal teams to support urgent and ongoing inventory needs. This position will work Onsite at our customer facility in Summit, NJ. 

What the Candidate Will Do

  • Monitor, assign, and manage requests via Enterprise Master Data Team spreadsheet. 
  • Update Project Request Forms (PRFs) with Early Codes and communicate material assignments.  
  • Run and review daily reports, including BOM mismatch reports.  
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in BOMs and component quantities.  
  • Coordinate with Display Item Master Data Administrators to address data issues.  
  • Manage Open Role requests to initiate BOM changes and approvals.  
  • Update SAP SNP Stock Horizon and track open stock codes missing Goods Receipt times.
  • Review Open Roles Dashboard weekly and flag upcoming production projects needing cost.
  • Communicate costing and open stock needs to Finance.  
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy of all created requests.
  • Investigate and resolve data issues, providing root cause analysis to stakeholders.  
  • Serve as primary contact for Distribution Centers, Assembly Sites, and business partners. 

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 year of related experience with Master Data 
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy 

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP Experience preferred 
  • Data Stewardship Platform 
  • Lynx
  • Supply Chain and Logistics - understanding how products move thru supply chain 
  • Data Analysis (Excel)
