What You’ll Be Doing…
As a key member of our Finance team, you will:
Reporting & Financial Close
- Lead monthly and annual close processes in collaboration with the Divisional VP of Finance.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to Michelin in line with published timetables.
- Manage internal reporting across financial, inventory, sales, and operational metrics.
- Develop performance analysis comparing forecast, budget, and prior year results.
- Enhance internal reporting with actionable, exception-based insights.
Forecasting, Budgeting & Strategic Planning
- Establish a harmonized FP&A framework across countries for consistent reporting.
- Collaborate with PRP management to update forecasts, assess risks, and develop budgets.
- Integrate financial impacts across transversal functions to support business decisions.
- Advance reporting tools with predictive analytics, scenario modeling, and real-time dashboards.
- Review strategic capital expenditure and lease project assumptions to validate ROI.
- Ensure data integrity across diverse ERP systems and champion data governance.
- Oversee and verify accruals related to incentives and bonuses.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team with a culture of ownership and accountability.
- Promote continuous improvement and streamlined processes.
- Support cross-functional projects and ad-hoc requests.
- Serve as a backup for other finance and reporting roles as needed.
- Uphold and promote Fenner Precision Polymers’ values and behaviors.
- Act as the financial integrator across all Product Families and transversal functions, translating, modeling and assessing the different financial impacts to provide proactive analysis of financial results to support business decisions and performance improvement.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For…
We’re seeking a team member who:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 7+ years of FP&A experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in financial modeling, variance analysis, and strategic planning.
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
- Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Global experience and cross-cultural collaboration highly desirable..
