Position Summary
The Project Coordinator works with multiple Project Managers to ensure that all contractual, financial, and Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) related tasks are tracked and completed per specific project requirements, with minimal direction. The Project Coordinator is responsible for organization, maintenance, and completion of files pertaining to each client’s contractual, financial, and DBE requirements.
*This is a Full-Time position onsite in our Cody, WY office M-F*
Key Responsibilities
- Thorough knowledge of modern office equipment, practices and procedures
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of contracts/agreements, budgets, invoicing, and basic accounting principles/practices with an attention to detail
- Ability to work independently after receiving brief explanation
- Ability to be forward thinking and proactive within project lifespans and monthly cycles
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, public, clients, and funding agencies
- Ability to multi-task at a high level and see task items through to completion
- Ability to properly document, file and retrieve project documents
- Manage grant financials, performance and reporting throughout project lifecycles
- Develop, submit, and track DBE specific goals for clients
- Develop contracts, subcontracts, amendments and addendums
- Assist with assembling bidding documents, uploading to plan house, and managing and coordinating bidder feedback and questions.
Education & Experience Qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED, may have a college degree
- Generally will have 5 or more years of administrative, office, or project support related experience
- Previous experience with the FAA, State, or other agencies preferred
Salary
- $60,000 - $70,000
