MyPoint is seeking a full-time Facilities Assistant for our corporate office, located in Kearny Mesa. The position is responsible for providing facilities support services to the credit union. Duties include sorting and storing supplies and documents placed for storage, conducting monthly branch and ATM checks to ensure proper operation, handling repair work including painting, changing lightbulbs, moving furniture, etc., filling stock requisitions, monitoring vendors, recording delivery items received or distributed, functions as back up mail courier, and transporting items and doing repair work at various branch locations.
Ideal candidates will have an Associates degree, or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school, or completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program, six (6) months of previous experience, valid California driver’s license with excellent driving record, and ability to move objects up to 60 pounds.
