As we continue to grow, Faith Hospice has some unique opportunities to consider for an RN who feels the call to serve those patients at end of life.  This is a rare opportunity to work as an essential part of an interdisciplinary health care team who also share this very rare and special gift of hospice nursing.

At Faith Hospice, we utilize highly skilled nurses, medical social workers, chaplains, home health aides, and volunteers to serve our patients, from medical and emotional care to pain management and bereavement counseling.

What Opportunities are available?

• RN Case Manager: full-time; manage a caseload of hospice patients, Monday - Friday schedule with limited back-up on-call to the After Hours Team of RNs
• RN Inpatient Hospice Residence: full-time or part-time; 3rd shift available
• RN Visit Nurse: full-time or part-time; assist the RN Case Managers with visits, Monday - Friday schedule

Education and Experience

• RN licensure in Michigan
• At least 2 years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience
• Hospice and/or hospital experience preferred
• Passion for hospice nursing
