MOVE FORWARD WITH US

What you will be doing:
  • Partners with the Water CEO by providing proactive insights and guidance to deliver optimal results and the long range strategy for the Global Water business.
  • Leads the annual budget, monthly forecasting, the long-range plan, pricing, product costing analysis, and working capital analysis for the segment.  Leads insightful financial analysis, including project spending analysis, margin analysis by market/customer/product, capital spending analysis & other ad hoc analysis.
  • Communicates business results, growth initiatives, etc. to all levels of management within the segment, the company and to the board of directors. Develops and actively participates in executive management presentations.
  • Owner of M&A activity for the segment including financial/business analysis, valuation, negotiation, closing and integrating of targeted businesses
  • Develops performance measures that support the company's strategic direction.
  • Maintains strong internal controls and proactively manages the financial risk of the business.
  • Actively seeks continuous improvement opportunities in people, processes and systems including understanding the Company’s 80/20 initiative.
  • Participates and drives key decisions as a member of the executive management team.
  • Develops a team of future financial leaders of the business.

What you need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a related field (required)
  • Ten to fifteen years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a related field (required)
  • Master of Business Administration degree (strongly preferred)
  • Seven years of leadership and management experience (required)
  • Advanced Computer skills in ERP and Accounting software (JD Edwards preferred), alphanumeric data entry, spreadsheet, word processing/typing 
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (preferred)
