🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide friendly, accurate assistance to guests, vendors, and team members — both in person and over the phone.
  • Office Support: Answer multi-line phones, manage intercom announcements, and handle administrative tasks with precision.
  • Reservation Management: Make and manage guest reservations, maintain seller lists, and generate reservation reports.
  • Financial Tasks: Handle cash, run credit card transactions, verify banks, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Organizational Duties: Maintain inventory and cleanliness in the kitchen area, track supplies, and support other team members with administrative needs.
  • Guest Assistance: Offer clear directions, share market information, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
