POSITION SUMMARY
Processes income to trust accounts in Trust Department, processes fees, and prepares multiple monthly reports. Also processes Cash Management including daily trading and balancing.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Responsible for Cash Management function (Daily balancing, posting/balancing of accruals, daily trading and posting Demand Note Interest (DNI) maps of interest payments monthly).
- Verify and post Queue entries and process associated monies.
- Process relevant deposits to Direct Deposit accounts posting to Trust system and preparing related monies.
- Balance Broker account statements to Trust system and run related entries (Shadow Accounting).
- Process Other Income via Receipt Blocks on Trust system.
- Responsible for Fee Processing (reviewing all fee worksheets, distributing fee worksheets to officers, making changes and posting fees on system, and preparing invoices).
- Additional back up for the Disbursement/Balancing desk.
- Prepare monthly reports (Fee Report, Trust Report, and Pledged Cash Report and respective supporting reports)

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Three to six months work related experience.
Computer Skills: Knowledge of Experience, basic knowledge of Excel and Word.
