Commercial Painter - 23664 bei The Bergaila Companies

We are seeking a Commercial Painter for assignment in East Liberty, Ohio. The selected candidate will perform a variety of tasks in commercial painting, surface preparation and cleaning.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

** This position has a pay rate of $25 - $28/hr *

** We are not looking for automotive painters **

- Responsible for interior painting, exterior painting and machine painting per instructions

- Reads work orders or receives instructions from supervisor regarding painting

- Spreads drop cloths over floors and room furnishings, and covers surfaces such as baseboards, door frames and windows with masking tape and paper to protect surfaces during painting

- Smooths and removes old paint from surfaces

- Fills nail holes, cracks and joints with caulk or other filler

- Sets up ladders or utilizes man lifts to perform tasks above ground level

- Responsible for accurate and timely paperwork

- Performs other duties as assigned

- High School Diploma or GED

- A valid Drivers License

- 4+ years experience in commercial painting, surface preparation and cleaning
