This position will be on 3rd shift, 11:30 PM - 8 AM, Monday - Friday with some weekends required.

Blow Mold Maintenance Technicians perform maintenance on high-speed automated production machinery and support equipment. Technicians should have open shift availability.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoots, repairs, and makes adjustments to electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems on production machinery and support equipment.
- Performs inspection of blow mold machines, palletizers, strappers, wrappers, and laser date coders
- Performs changeovers of blow molders, palletizers, and conveyor lines per production demands
- Rebuilds sub-assemblies to OEM specifications
- Performs preventive maintenance on blow molders, conveyors, palletizers, strappers, and wrappers
- Troubleshoots electrical control and distribution systems to include 24vac, 120vac, 277vac and 480vac controller and monitor control systems
- Some programming and troubleshooting of PLC’s
- Orders and installs replacement parts for machines
- Prepares reports documenting work performed
- Coordinates with managers to schedule regular maintenance on machines
- Fabricates and welds basic steel projects
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
- HS Diploma/GED Required. Three years of relevant experience (one employer) may be substituted
- Some vocational or community college with related coursework or equivalent experience, required
