As an HR Operations Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in delivering a consistent, high-quality employee experience. You’ll collaborate across HR functions and business units, ensuring operational excellence and compliance while supporting our values-based culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including system setup, orientation scheduling, and exit interviews.
- Manage employee lifecycle events such as promotions, transfers, relocations, and organizational changes.
- Maintain accurate employee records in Workday and ensure timely updates.
HR Systems & Reporting
- Audit and maintain employee data in Workday, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Generate and analyze reports to support HR metrics, headcount tracking, and compliance audits.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and documentation for Workday and other HR tools.
Employee Support & Policy Administration
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, procedures, and HR systems.
- Assist in updating and maintaining the employee handbook and HR portal content.
- Support internal communications related to HR programs and policy changes.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Support immigration processes including visa sponsorship, I-9 verification, and related documentation.
- Assist with internal audits and regulatory reporting as needed.
HR Projects & Initiatives
- Contribute to various annual HR initiatives and projects
- Collaborate on process improvement efforts to enhance HR service delivery.
- Participate in cross-functional projects with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR Business Partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience (internships or co-ops welcome).
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms (strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with immigration processes and compliance (a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment.
