- Maintain and service the facility's mechanical equipment, control systems, power distribution systems, and HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine repairs to a facility's systems and equipment.
- Use technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics to install, troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair equipment, engines, and compressors.
- Order parts needed for replacement and coordinate with service providers to complete maintenance tasks.
- Use a computerized maintenance management system to track and document activities.
- A team player with effective oral and written communication skills.
- A team player enjoys solving problems and implementing solutions.
- A lifelong learner with a passion for continuous improvement
- 3-5 years of related work experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Trade apprenticeship or technical training a plus.
- Gross motor skills: required to walk, feel, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch. May be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.
$29.00 - $37.00 per hour
