Job Summary

The Organizational Change Management Lead will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that drive adoption for company-wide transformation initiatives. This position empowers employees at AET to adapt to changes in business processes, systems, technologies, organizational structures, and culture. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and experienced change manager who can both lead and execute change management strategy and tactics, while fostering increased change capabilities across AET. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful change leadership.

Essential Responsibilities

Change Planning and Leadership

  • Design, lead, and execute end-to-end change management strategies and plans for complex, enterprise-wide projects and initiatives.
  • Partner with program and project managers to ensure change initiatives are integrated with business objectives and project plans.
  • Lead change initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Effective Communication and Engagement

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to keep employees informed, engaged, and motivated during transitions.
  • Craft compelling cases for change and deliver clear, consistent messaging across multiple channels.

Stakeholder Management

  • Identify, segment, and manage stakeholder groups impacted by transformation initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their involvement and support.
  • Monitor stakeholder receptiveness and define mitigating actions as needed.

Training Design and Deployment

  • Design, deliver, and maintain training curriculums and courses to support adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for impacted employees and teams.

Change Governance

  • Apply structured change management methodologies and best practices to all assigned programs and initiatives.
  • Drive consistency in change management plans, communications, and training across the organization.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to the enterprise change management toolkit and approach.

Change Measurement

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives.
  • Analyze data and feedback to make informed, data-driven adjustments to change strategies and tactics.

Coaching and Mentoring

  • Provide coaching, education, and support to staff and leaders in change management principles and techniques.
  • Develop and nurture change champions within projects and across the organization.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in business, organization development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience implementing organizational change management strategies and plans for transformative projects.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and integration with project management.
  • Strong organizational acumen, including experience with processes, metrics, and tools to analyze change issues and drive solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience facilitating workshops and training.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Ability to work on-site at AET office in St Paul, MN.

Work Environment

This job primarily operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This position will occasionally be required to operate in a field environment.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
 

Pay Transparency

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $90,000-$130,000 annually based on skill set and experience. The selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
