Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Corporate FP&A Manager to join our growing global team at Sectigo.

The Corporate FP&A Manager plays a critical role in owning the corporate financial planning and analysis function for our organization. This individual is responsible for managing the budgeting and forecasting processes, recurring reporting and analysis to all internal and external groups and supporting key operational and strategic business decisions. This role requires a growth mindset, strong analytical skills and attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

This is an full-time and individual contributor role, working in a hybrid model, and reporting to our Scottsdale, Arizona office at least 3-4 days a week.

Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role: 

  • Manage and support day-to-day financial planning and analysis of monthly results. 
  • Lead the recurring budgeting and forecasting cycles, including annual budgets, recurring forecasts, and long-range planning. 
  • Oversee the preparation, review and presentation of recurring reporting on the Company’s financial results and KPI’s to the CFO / CEO, senior leadership, investors, Board and lenders. 
  • Finance business partner to certain key leaders and functions across the organization. 
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor departmental headcount and budget spending. 
  • Create financial models that provide financials analysis and decision support to leadership, advising on opportunities and risks impacting the business and support strategic and operational decision-making. 
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management. 
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams to improve the quality of internal processes, systems, and data to allow for a more complete understanding of the business and its channels.   
  • Finance representative on new product initiatives; ensuring clear and consistent requirements, reporting and testing new enhancements and products. 
  • Bring comfort with big data: organizing, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets, identifying trends, and drawing conclusions from the available data on annual Sectigo transactions.   
  • Perform commercial and market analysis to inform the Company’s product, pricing and market strategy.   
  • Additional duties as assigned and special projects (financial/operational) as requested, including transaction regarding mergers, acquisitions, or reorganizations in response to company initiatives and business needs. 
Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is strongly preferred. 
  • CPA or equivalent experience is preferred. 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8+ years' experience performing corporate FP&A functions. 
  • Experience building or enhancing the capabilities of a growing FP&A organization is required. 
  • Experience leading operational workflows around improving data quality, enhancing systems, dashboards, analytics, and reporting is required. 
  • Technical skill sets including SQL, Power Query, and experience with data/visualization tools is strongly preferred.

  • FP&A: Bring meaningful exposure to the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and decision support capabilities.   
  • A true “player/coach”, this role will have the ability to take a high level, strategic view to the business while still bringing a willingness to “roll up sleeves” to dig into details and engage with team members to drive outcomes.  
  • Collaborative, but also self-sufficient, motivated by the opportunity to lead with autonomy and independence.   
  • Execution-oriented with the ability to drive completion of tasks while tactfully skilled at “pushing back” to secure the internal or external resources needed to achieve results.   
  • A growth mindset, with ability to challenge process and drive new ideas and strategies; unafraid to challenge norms.  
  • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.  
  • High acumen with working with data, systems, and integrating data sets is a big plus. 
  • M&A: While M&A is not a core focus of the role, this role will bring exposure to M&A, including due diligence, deal negotiation, and integration.
