The Role
At TimelyCare, we are seeking a Product Manager to join our team and shape the future of digital care for campus communities.. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of experience in education technology, telehealth, or consumer-based products who is eager to grow their  product management career.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, care stakeholders, and marketing to design and deliver solutions that elevate the student experience. You’ll leverage data to derive insights, test hypotheses, and inform product decisions. As part of an agile, fast-moving,  team, you’ll own key product features and flows while learning from senior product team members.

What You'll Do
  • Own and deliver specific product features or flows (e.g., onboarding, student engagement pathways) from discovery through launch.
  • Partner with engineering and design  in an agile environment that leverages AI-prompted coding tools to build, test, and release solutions quickly.
  • Use data from customer interactions and feedback (Pendo, Aha!, Gong) to uncover actionable customer insights, measure success, and guide prioritization.
  • Collaborate with UX to conduct user research (interviews, usability tests, feedback loops) to deeply understand student and stakeholder needs.
  • Translate insights into clear problems to solve with supporting user stories.
  • Define and track outcome metrics for your initiatives (e.g., adoption rates, satisfaction, and engagement)
  • Partner with cross functional teams including care stakeholders, marketing, and business teams to drive adoption and engagement.
  • Embrace rapid iteration, adaptability, and experimentation as part of a growth-stage business.
  • Performs additional tasks and projects as needed to support the evolving needs of team objectives and company goals. 


  • What You Bring
  • 2+ years of product management or related experience in edtech, telehealth, or consumer digital products.
  • Passion for building customer-first solutions that enhance student experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data  and AI tools to derive insights, run experiments, and measure outcomes.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience partnering effectively across engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and exposure to technical development processes.
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies (AI-driven development, digital health integrations).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability, ownership and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • The salary range for this opportunity is $90,000 – $100,000 per year, depending on education and experience. This is the base pay. You will be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to the base pay, to be discussed during the interview process.
