 At e4c's Financial Management HUB (FM HUB), we provide financial administration services to vulnerable individuals to enable them to increase their financial stability and financial literacy, and overall wellbeing. We’re looking for collaborative and caring people to join our team, who are passionate about empowering community members to reach their financial goals.


What You Bring

  • Listening Skills: Build trust and help program participants activate solutions to overcome financial challenges.
  • Empathy: Support program participants on their terms, understanding their unique stories and experiences.
  • Advocacy: Confidently navigate tough conversations to advocate for others.
  • Relationship Building: Create supportive, open spaces for program participants.
  • Calm Under Pressure: Handle challenging situations with confidence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Coaching: Help program participants with identifying personal goals, budgeting, sustainable spending, and achieving greater financial stability.
  • Relationship Building: Foster empowering, supportive relationships with program participants.
  • Advocacy: Assist program participants in overcoming financial barriers and making sound financial decisions.


Qualifications

  • Education: Post-secondary in finance, social work, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 2+ years in financial coaching, financial administration, or related fields, particularly with people facing financial and housing instability.
  • Skills: Proficient in financial software, Excel, MS Office, and other databases.
