Bob Beverley Program Coordinator

This program is eligible to guests that have never skied or snowboarded before and aims to provide a positive first experience for the participants. The Program Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of running the program.  This includes welcoming registered guests and educating them on the program.  Verifying eligibility. 

Setting up ski and snowboard equipment to be ready upon guest’s arrival.  Working with assigned instructors to get participants to the appropriate lessons.  Maintain proper records of attendees’ days and eligibility for program perks.

Primary Responsibilities/Duties

  • Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude while effectively dealing with the guest and other employees
  • Participate in required trainings and orientations
  • Setting up and returning all rental equipment for participating guests
  • Work closely with instructors to ensure a positive experience for the guests
  • Represents the mountain area to the guest in a professional, friendly, and polite manner
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

 Tools/Equipment

 Responsible for maintaining rental equipment that is in safe operating condition

Certifications/Licenses/Training

  • Seasonal Orientation
  • All Safety Training related to position, including company-wide safety processes and procedures

 Work Environment

This position is based mainly indoor and is exposed to high altitudes (8200+ feet).  Weather extremes can range from below zero to 40+ degrees.  Must be able to walk on both even and uneven terrain, climb/descend stairs and mountain trails, stand and/or sit for long periods of time, bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
