  • Drive Compliance & Performance: Define KPIs, monitor metrics, and enforce policies such as No-PO No-Pay. Continuously review and optimize procurement policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Contract & Data Management: Oversee contract lifecycle management, maintain a centralized repository, and ensure data quality, security, and reporting for key initiatives (e.g., NetZero, diversity).
  • Analytics & Strategy: Deliver spend analytics, market insights, and supplier onboarding strategies to support global category plans.
  • Collaboration & Governance: Partner with Legal, Finance, Tax, and Risk teams to standardize templates, clauses, and supplier due diligence processes globally.
  • Technology & Training: Drive adoption of Oracle P2P roadmap, implement procurement tools, and provide training to stakeholders.
  • Special Projects: Lead initiatives such as global travel policy implementation, system migrations, and process improvement projects.

What will you bring to the role?

You’ll bring a proven track record of strategic leadership in procurement, with the ability to influence outcomes, drive compliance, and deliver measurable results on a global scale. • Broad understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements and standard contractual terms to mitigate risk
  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating geographically dispersed teams
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, including scenario modeling and conceptual thinking
