What will you get to do?
- Maintaining, adjusting & repairing plant machinery to meet industry standards
- Ensure compliance w/regulatory agencies (USDA, OSHA, EPA, ETC)
- Problem solve & delegate (complete PMs)
- Use the manufacturing machinery (forklifts, scissor lifts, etc)
- Partner w/Sanitation + Quality
Experience that will help you succeed
- Warehouse/Manufacturing (leadership) experience
- Food/Beverage front line (leadership) experience
- Maintenance/machinery operator
- PLC experience

Summary of what you’ll be up to
The primary role of the Maintenance Supervisor is to provide competent & effective Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance support to the Plant and Facility operations in a SAFE manner. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining, adjusting, and repairing plant machinery to meet industry standards while ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies, including but not limited to USDA, OSHA, FDA, EPA, SQF, and Local Governments. The position will require a flexible schedule focusing on preventive maintenance and production support.
