As our Community Coordinator, you’ll be on the front lines of that journey. You’ll welcome new members, guide them through onboarding, and make sure they hit their first wins. You’ll coordinate programs with ambassadors, deal coaches, and prep guides. And you’ll ensure the systems and people that make our community hum are running smoothly.
This is a role for someone with 2–4 years of experience who wants to grow into a senior community leader. You’ll learn from our Community Manager & Architect while owning critical pieces of the member experience.
🌎 What You’ll Do
Member Onboarding & Activation
- Oversee and execute the onboarding process across both communities.
- Conduct welcome calls with every new member.
- Ensure all agreements and documents are signed and members have access to the full platform.
- Partner with the concierge team to hit first-30-day activity goals.
- Track and report onboarding + activation metrics weekly.
Program Coordination
- Coordinate operations for deal coaches, ambassadors, and deal prep guides.
- Manage scheduling, communications, and logistics for these programs.
- Track participation and consistency, surfacing results to the Community Manager.
Community Support & Daily Ops
- Be frontline support to the concierge team — resolving issues or escalating when needed.
- Support scheduling, logistics, and reminders for community calls and events.
- Help maintain the content calendar and newsletters.
- Ensure resources, recordings, and calls are posted and accessible.
Metrics & Reporting
- Maintain dashboards for onboarding, activation, and program performance.
- Deliver weekly activation/engagement reports to the Community Manager.
- Surface trends and insights to improve member experience.
Operations & Process
- Document SOPs for onboarding and program coordination.
- Keep schedules, resources, and records accurate and up to date.
- Support testing of new rituals, processes, or features.
📈 What Success Looks Like
- 90%+ of new members complete onboarding steps within 7 days.
- 80%+ of new members activated (reach first actions within 30 days).
- Weekly onboarding/activation reports delivered on time.
- Deal coach, ambassador, and prep guide programs run on schedule with >90% reliability.

- You have 2–4 years of experience in community management, operations, member experience, or a related role.

🧩 Necessary Skills and Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in community management, operations, member experience, or a related role.
- Proven ability to manage onboarding or customer journey processes with measurable results.
- Strong organizational skills — able to coordinate multiple programs, schedules, and stakeholders at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable on welcome calls and in digital spaces (Slack, Zoom).
- Experience tracking metrics and producing reports (HubSpot, Slack analytics, Common Room, or similar tools a plus).
- Detail-oriented with a process mindset — comfortable building SOPs and managing workflows.
- Proactive problem solver; comfortable supporting and escalating issues for the concierge team.
- Excited to grow into a senior community leadership role.
