The Role:
We are looking for a Part-Time Office Coordinator to own the daily operations of our office in Potrero Hill, San Francisco. This multifaceted position will be the heartbeat of our workplace, where you will span across office operations, office experience and executive support.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with people, exceptional organization skills, and a commitment to helping others do their best work. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable, supported, and empowered.

Please note that we are primarily an onsite team with employees who are in the office regularly, so this role will require being in the office five days a week, 4 hours a day.
What You'll Do:
Foster a welcoming and productive office environment with positive vibes that can be felt by employees, guests, candidates, and everyone that sets foot in our workplace 🙂
Point of contact for any office-related requests or assistance, including IT support, building/facilities, utilities, etc
Maintain and replenish pantry snacks, beverages, and office supplies; manage Forkable (daily office lunch provider) for employees and onsite guests
Ensure office and workspaces are clean, organized, and welcoming for employees and visitors
Facilitate communication with building management as it relates to maintenance, upcoming activities and workplace safety
Coordination of scheduling meetings for executives and team members
Assist with planning and coordination of team events
What We're Looking For:
You have experience in office management or a similar administrative role
You are proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organizational, communication, people and problem-solving skills
You love being in a role that involves wearing multiple hats
You are capable of anticipating needs and taking initiative, requiring little direction and having the discretion to ask for help and involve others when needed
You are willing to step in to assist and support others at all times
Compensation Range: $35-$50/hr, depending on experience
